I reconnected with an old friend today after too many years.
Her husband passed away about a year back and she’s getting ready to sell the house and move on. She said I was welcome to as much or as little of everything in the garage.
So I got this nice .50 cal Thompson Thunderhawk, a SBF MSD distributor and 6al box a brand new Optima Yellow as well as a host of other tools.
And this.
I gave this Char Griller to them as a wedding gift. Hey, since she doesn’t grill much and I do its perfect.
There’s a ton more but I felt a bit guilty. She has more people coming to look at stuff and I told her to call me when they’re done. I’ll scavenge the remains.
Really, I wasn’t even interested in the stuff. I haven’t seen her in eight years and it was just a good feeling to see her again.

The beauty panel gave it away as such. I detailed cars in the ‘90s-’00s. I think I’ve probably detailed hundreds of these & Super Dutys.

I'm interested in the MSD stuff. And the gun.

That .50cal has sentimental value. It ain’t going nowhere.
Give me a day or two on the MSD stuff. If it’s for personal use I’ll cut you a helluva deal.

It would go towards my 79 f150. Wanted to put MSD stuff on it since I built it

79 F truck? What engine?
The Dizzy is for a Big Block or Cleveland/M. I was wrong on the initial SBF guess.

I thought about going with a 351 in the future but I need a house with a garage before any dreams of engine swaps come to fruition.
